bridging strategy and execution

Aligning principles and practices, connecting ideas to implementation, translating conceptual frameworks into actionable plans.

Erin Woods

At its foundation, my purpose is to partner with people and organizations that live and lead with integrity. My work focuses on values-driven program design and values-led facilitation. I provide an expert blend of skills in leadership research, collaborative design, and the ability to bridge strategy to execution.

I’ve worked with organizations around the world to help bring clarity and create impact that supports the growth and development of leaders and their ideas. I bring extensive experience and education in organizational design, leadership development, theory of change, strategic planning, and cultural communication. My professional, sectoral focus is on transformational, purposeful learning institutions, sustainable travel and tourism, and arts, culture and community.

Clients know me for my thoughtful questions, and ability to connect the dots that others may not see. I have a desire to understand the big picture so we can achieve the right results and create a sustainable solution for the changing world we live in. I bring a deep curiosity to translating organizational challenges into outcomes that make the path forward clear and compelling.

I like working with clients who are honest about the barriers holding them back and can approach complex problems with openness and ambition.  What my clients and I have in common is a willingness to do serious work without taking ourselves too seriously.

I have an undergraduate degree in theatre from Colorado College, a Master’s in Communication from the University of Denver, and have participated in such systems-shifting programs as Getting to Maybe, Working Creatively with Conflict, and Creative Climate Leadership. Whether on stage or backstage (though now mostly from the balcony), live theatre will always have my heart.
