Erin Woods (she/her) is founder of the boutique advisory firm the ELKWoods project, focused on strategic planning, organizational design, leadership development and community-based research and reporting. Principled and purposeful, she is passionate about values-driven program design and values-led facilitation.

Her career trajectory has taken her from employee to executive, from coach to consultant, but she has never strayed far from arts, culture and community - or from the mountain west. While rooted in the mountains, her work is situated in the broader context of contemporary society, and her approach is informed by her commitment to anti-racism and anti-oppression, Truth and Reconciliation, and a practice of continual learning.

She is known for her provocative questions, quick ability to synthesize and connect concepts, sincere enthusiasm, and her occasionally irreverent sense of humour. What she and her clients have in common is a willingness to do serious work without taking themselves too seriously.
